Phase 2 of our road construction project has begun. Now that all of the underground work (water main, storm sewer, etc.) is finished, a new crew has come to install cement curbing. Today is the first day of curb construction and they did our side of the street this morning; now it has to cure for 7 days before we can drive on it. The above picture was taken looking out our front door. The over-all project is projected to end on time in early October. We'll be happy to drive on our roads and park in our driveways again when it's all done! :)

Phase 1 is done, and 2 has begun
Phase 2 of our road construction project has begun. Now that all of the underground work (water main, storm sewer, etc.) is finished, a new crew has come to install cement curbing. Today is the first day of curb construction and they did our side of the street this morning; now it has to cure for 7 days before we can drive on it. The above picture was taken looking out our front door. The over-all project is projected to end on time in early October.
